  shared bid command center for subcontractor teams, built on the free contractor-bid engine. document triage runs inside the app, and every finding carries its evidence: source pdf, page, sheet number, quoted text. review states survive addendum re-runs, so the team only re-checks what changed. 143 tests, in pilot now.

  my answer to running bluebeam through parallels, now a family of apps: the mac desktop tool, a local-first browser app, an embeddable viewer that lives inside Contractor Takeoff, and a read-only mcp server so agents can read a workspace. recent additions: freehand, callout, polyline and polygon tools, undo/redo, pdf export from the browser. i run real bids through it daily.
